Gratuities of $75 per person and government taxes and fees of $102 per person are additional. No tipping is required at the end of your cruise. Taxes, fuel surcharges, port charges and all fees are subject to change. Persons under 21 must have an adult guardian booked on the same deck to have their own room. Deposit is $250/person and non refundable. $500/person is due for suites. Each month a minimum of $250/person and $500/person for suites is due. Final payment is May 1, 2010. You MUST make minimum monthly payments.

Transportation and Travel Insurance Information
We will make your flight arrangements upon request. You MUST have a passport to travel with Cruise Planners. (Passport rules are subject to change at any time and you risk being denied boarding if it becomes mandatory for all forms of travel by the time of your sail date.) Please feel free to use your sky miles when applicable. We recommend that each passenger reserve a flight that arrive the night before the sail date or very early in the morning. Arriving early will prevent miss the ship due to flight delays. Transfers will be booked as well to and from the airport to the crusie port. Those clients who are driving can request directions to parking areas and pricing for leaving vehicle for the length of the cruise. Larger groups of people traveling together can opt to rent a motorcoach. Travel Insurance is available upon request.
